MANNEQUIN BAND MEMBERS

Here are the members of Mannequin and a brief history of the bands beginnings. Learn more about our band services here.

Amanda Ray, Singer brings to this band a versatility that is almost acrobatic in artistic ways. From vocal mimicry and styling to musicianship, Amanda can not only take the spotlight but she can play an integral role (as all members of Mannequin must) in the structure and support of each songs live sound. Amanda plays percussion and keys in addition to singing.

Dana Wield, Singer was the first to be hired into Mannequin upon her audition during a trip up from Dallas, Texas. Dana is a business minded creative type… very rare and with talent as extraordinary as her drive. She is a stylist and singer with a timeless quality to her voice that seems made for Motown.

Dana has been instrumental in designing the look of the band and all of it’s marketing materials as well as it’s signature vocal sound.

Alan Currens, Singer and keyboardist/percussionist. Alan is the creator of the Mannequin entertainment company and brand. Read more about the bands formation on the About page ~

Alan is a professional drummer, former Paramount Pictures recording artist, Star Search champion and Miller Genuine Draft touring artist with a dozen or so endorsements and thousands of hours of stage and recording studio time. Alan became the pioneer of Mannequin after successfully launching and growing a web development company and crafting the business and marketing skills needed. Almost immediately, Alan was joined by Dana Wield, a like minded business and artist type who was driven and determined to create a solid, long lasting performance brand.

Olivia Rebolledo, Keyboards/Pianist – Olivia is a true pianist ~ She lends a musical prowess and legitimacy to Mannequin that few “cover bands” ever get to host. This makes our Candlelight and cocktail hour music something truly impressive to see and hear! Olivia started playing music at a very young age, particularly classical music, and was later introduced to jazz. Olivia has played jazz, blues, and pop gigs around Denver. Olivia has consistently been performing at many regional music events including the CMEA conference, Greeley Jazz Festival, and the Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra.

Jerry Bousquet, Drummer –  was hired into the band because of his clock-like precision and his ability to emulate the essence of a genre through beat. Jerry brings a lot to the table in that he’s really good at several genres.

Career Snapshot… Red Rocks, Pepsi Center, House Of Blues ( Dallas, Houston, Anaheim, Hollywood, San Diego, Chicago) Dicks Sporting Goods Event Center, The Fillmore, 1st Bank Center, Boulder Theater, Gothic, Bluebird, Paramount, The Soiled Dove, Hard Rock – Lots of Casinos, private events and weddings. Played with Denver based X LuLu from ’96 to ’04 receiving radio airplay and opening for national acts like Cheap Trick, Bad Company, Tesla, Ted Nugent.

Greg Worthington – Saxophone – bio in draft mode:) Check back soon.

Alan Lemke, Drummer/percussionist – bio in draft mode:) Check back soon.

Mike Kadis, Bassist – Mike is a virtuoso of his trade. Playing electric and stand up, Mike allows Mannequin and our Candlelight cocktail band to play a greater range of styles with a faithfulness to the original texture of any songs recording. It’s part and parcel to the way Mannequin can so closely impersonate our play list!

Olivia Rebolledo, Keyboards/Pianist – Olivia has performed in many musical productions making her an easy choice for Candlelight. She says, “It’s an honor to work with many great musicians to get me to the level I’m at now. A great way that I’ve found to refine how I play is when I teach. Watching a student learn as I’ve learned throughout the years strives me to be a better musician. I also believe in practicing what I preach. I’ll always keep performing and sharing my experiences with others so that the music is inspirational.” She has also played at the The Brown Palace, the Plaza Hotel, the Hyatt, and the Mercury Café—Denver, CO.
